Monik Studios Spa Service Policies

1. Discount Request

Only one discount can be applied to each service. If a client is eligible for multiple discounts, only the highest discount will be applied to ensure our clients receive maximum benefit without stacking promotions or discounts.
2. Non-Refundable

All services offered by Monik Studios Spa are non-refundable. Once a service is booked and paid for, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. We appreciate our clients understanding this policy.
3. Non-Transferable

Booked services are personal and non-transferable, meaning a booking cannot be transferred to another person as our treatments are tailored specifically to each client.
4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If a client fails to attend their appointment or fails to reschedule within the required time frame, a cancellation or no-show fee will be applied. This fee compensates for the time and resources allocated to your treatment.
5. Late Arrivals

We ask our clients to arrive on time for their appointments. If a client is late, their session time may be shortened to avoid delays for subsequent clients. If the delay is significant, Monik Studios Spa reserves the right to cancel the appointment and a no-show fee may apply.
6. Booking Deposits

Monik Studios Spa reserves the right to request a deposit to confirm bookings for certain treatments or during peak times. This deposit will be deducted from the final service price and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation without proper notice.
7. Health and Safety Responsibility

Clients must inform our staff of any medical conditions, allergies or health issues that may affect the service. Monik Studios Spa is not responsible for any adverse effects resulting from a lack of information regarding a client’s health status.
8. Product and Treatment Recommendations

Monik Studios Spa provides personalized aftercare and product usage recommendations based on the services provided. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions caused by improper use or failure to follow recommended guidelines.
9. Policy Modifications

Monik Studios Spa reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Updated policies will be available for review at our reception and on the spa’s official website.
